Layers of meringue with roasted hazelnuts, delicious orange blossom water-lemon cream and vanilla cream cheese-whipped cream foam. Flourless cake. Lactose free variation available.

Available in two sizes

ø 22 cm | 0,9 kg - can be divided into 6-8 slices (decorated for 8).
ø 27 cm | 1,8 kg - can be divided into 10-12 slices (decorated for 10).

Please note: No added gluten in this product. But since we use gluten-containing flours in the same kitchen, our products are not suitable for people with celiac disease.
